Sannabrink Send a problem

The boring problems in your business are finally fixable.

The copying, chasing and double-checking you’ve learned to live with used to be too small to build software for. AI changed the maths. Today a first working fix can exist in days.

An independent studio by Jan Sannabrink.

Illustration, the fix: a straight highlighted line takes the email to the spreadsheet on its own. The long way fades. The yellow bit is what I build.

Things nobody puts on a roadmap

Pick the one that happens in your business, then make it yours.

pick one, then change it until it’s yours

None of these is a crisis. Together they cost hours every week, and eventually the one mistake that costs real money.

Recognise one? Describe it

For example

costs you time

The same numbers are typed in twice, by hand.

Illustration, the fix: a straight highlighted line takes it from the order email to the order system on its own.

An order comes in by email. Someone opens it. They type every number in by hand. They check it against the original, once more. Only then is it in the order system.

pick a line on the left, and build your own workaround here

Software used to be too slow for small problems

Custom software used to mean a specification, a quote, a large budget and months of waiting before you could click on anything. So small problems never got fixed. They got workarounds.

That has changed. A first working version can now exist in days, sometimes hours. That makes it worth trying on problems nobody would have touched before. [[JAN: confirm "sometimes hours" is true for at least one project. If not, delete ", sometimes hours".]]

same problem, different decade

You don’t need more AI. You need fewer problems.

Different businesses. Same pattern.

Something ran by hand. Now it doesn’t. My clients are under NDA, so here’s what changed rather than who.

None of them set out to “do AI”. They picked one annoying thing and had it built.

What would yours be?

One problem. One working thing. Then you decide.

no project. one thing.

  1. You describe the problem. Two or three sentences are enough.
  2. I build something real. Not a presentation, not a concept.
  3. You test it with real work. Keep it, change it or drop it.

I don’t replace your systems. Usually I build the piece that’s missing between them.

What I don’t do: strategy decks, workshops, transformation programmes, packages.

Start with one problem

I’m Jan.
I build things.

[[JAN: 2–3 sentences in your own words: background, why you work alone, what you enjoy about this work.]]

Independent studio based in Coburg, Germany. Working in English with businesses anywhere.

– Jan

I’m done working around it.

Tell me what keeps happening by hand. Two or three sentences are enough. I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth building.
